A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Administration Coordinator responsible for lease administration and financial obligations management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and maintain lease information and documents, ensuring proper management measures are followed
Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies related to financial obligations, including client invoices and reconciliations
Assist in training new associates and support special projects as requested by clients or leadership
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, or accounting
2+ years of experience in auditing or a related field
Expertise in cost analysis and financial document review
Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
