A company is looking for a Senior Purchasing & Facilities Specialist to join their Global Procurement Team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the purchase order lifecycle for various procurement categories and ensure alignment with project goals and budgets Proactively source and assess suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related matters and manage facilities suppliers and activities within budget Required Qualifications: Proven track record in a similar procurement role with experience in buying goods and services Strong stakeholder management and effective supplier performance management skills Experience in senior-level contract negotiation and project management Deep understanding of procurement best practices and supplier relationship management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
