Senior Property Account Executive
A company is looking for a Senior Property Account Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new client accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Retain and grow revenue within a Book of Business consisting of various Property Management companies
Prospect new clients while focusing on client retention and growth
Track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipeline using Clari and Salesforce
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry
Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property/multifamily vertical or a closely related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
