Senior Retention Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Sr. Retention Operations Analyst to join their Global Retention Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends and issues affecting retention
Establish frameworks for comparing operational data and retention trends across different markets
Partner with the data science team to enhance predictive modeling and measure the impact of retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Typically a minimum of 5-6 years related professional experience
Technical expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or visualization platforms
Solid understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and retention drivers
Prior experience in customer retention or operational analytics preferred
