A company is looking for an Associate Director RN Transfer Services. Key Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for the clinical oversight of the patient transfer process Lead quality and process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies Oversee operational and capital budgets, staff development, and retention strategies Required Qualifications BSN or MSN required for all new hires; BSN required for internal transfers/promotions within 6 months Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification required Minimum of two years of clinical management experience relevant to patient population Strong knowledge of clinical care management and specialty area skills Ability to meet department and professional standards and quality requirements
