Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders to improve Risk/Quality outcomes through data collection, analytics, and reporting Manage program delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Proactively communicate risks and issues to stakeholders while managing complex assignments and project updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality 4+ years of experience with HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems Experience with data analysis and running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server Significant healthcare experience with strong knowledge of risk adjustment and quality
