A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Consultant to design and implement compensation programs that drive employee motivation and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and improve compensation programs to attract and retain high-performing associates
Identify compensation trends and recommend strategic action plans to support the company's Pay for Performance Philosophy
Collaborate with management and HR teams on the design and implementation of key compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, human resources management, or equivalent work experience
Eight years of experience in a progressive business environment, including five years in compensation analysis
Three years of experience working with compensation plans for sales roles
