Key Responsibilities
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of extended stay business through sales efforts and market research
Develop relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and relocation companies
Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs and market demands
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
5-10 years of sales experience in the Hospitality sector, preferably in corporate housing or extended stay markets
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool required
Current knowledge of the travel and relocation industry and market trends
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
