Registered Nurse Oncology Navigator
A company is looking for a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator for a remote position with an 11:30 AM - 8 PM EST shift. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for cancer patients Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about diagnoses and treatments Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to clinical leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in high-acuity adult oncology Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems OCN certification required at time of hire or commitment to obtain within 2 years
