Senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client contact for multiple large and complex client engagements
Lead project teams through the delivery process and manage project functions including scope, schedule, and budget
Identify gaps in solution delivery, propose solutions, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification are desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
