Senior Stock Plan Administrator
A company is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to manage various stock plan activities in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities: Administer the company's stock plans globally, including processing stock option exercises and equity award releases Maintain equity plan data using the Fidelity Platform and troubleshoot issues with HR and Payroll data interfaces Provide customer service for employee inquiries related to equity awards and assist with audit processes Required Qualifications: 5+ years of stock administration experience with knowledge of private equity Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred Proficiency with the Fidelity PSW equity platform and experience with Workday HRIS is a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
