A company is looking for a Senior Support Advisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer issues through various channels, ensuring resolution from start to finish
Triage and troubleshoot incoming issues, escalating to the Engineering team as needed
Serve as a product expert, maintaining knowledge and contributing to customer satisfaction goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with support software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Helpdesk)
Technical savviness with the ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
Proactive self-starter with strong initiative
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
