Senior Tax Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance efforts and shape the tax function as the company expands operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual global income tax provision calculations and disclosures Manage global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions Respond to tax inquiries, notices, and audits from various tax authorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent Minimum of 7 years of directly related tax experience, preferably in both public and private sectors CPA certification is preferred Experience in a SaaS company is a plus Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and income tax laws
