A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Consultant to analyze dental and vision benefit plans and assess associated risks. Key Responsibilities: Manage a Key Account, including Public Sector and Labor and Trust business Collaborate with sales leadership to create and negotiate RFP responses Evaluate and recommend pricing options and plan design changes based on economic analysis Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on underwriting and financial management Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Solid financial analysis and decision-making skills Proven negotiation and organizational skills Knowledge of specialty benefits, particularly dental and vision products, is preferred
