Senior Vice President of Sales
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a national remote sales force of 500+ inside sales professionals
Oversee core sales functions, including leadership, operations, enablement, and training
Drive growth through digital sales of recruiting services and performance development programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale inside sales organizations (ideally teams of 200+) in B2C digital services, SaaS, or education/sports tech
Proven ability to manage and scale remote sales teams while driving measurable revenue growth
Expertise in modern inside sales strategies across multiple channels
Deep knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
Experience within youth sports, recruiting, or educational platforms is strongly preferred
