A company is looking for a Service Desk Admin I - Orders & Billing. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage support case queues within ServiceNow Troubleshoot ordering and billing issues, including initial inquiries and invoice investigations Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve support cases and document processes Required Qualifications and Education: At least two (2) years of previous work experience HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Entry-level experience diagnosing problems with software and cloud products ITIL Certification preferred Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
