A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator - Access Management. Key Responsibilities: Review and process access requests for approximately 30 internal tools and systems Verify user roles and reporting structures using Org Charts to validate appropriate access levels Maintain accurate records of all access changes and approvals Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to understand and interpret organizational charts and hierarchical structures 1-2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or access management preferred Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
