Service Desk Associate
A company is looking for an Associate, Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve moderate technical issues from incoming incidents and escalate as necessary
Provide services to software development teams to assist in infrastructure solutions implementation
Document and track client inquiries, coordinating responses and ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and ticketing applications
Proficiency with computer software and hardware
Experience with remote access tools for troubleshooting
Familiarity with modern programming languages such as Python and Powershell
Ability to identify symptoms of problems and direct clients to appropriate solutions
