Service Desk Lead Technician
A company is looking for a Service Desk Lead Technician to oversee IT service delivery and support for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT service delivery efforts and assist in scheduling technicians
Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and troubleshoot end-user issues
Provide desktop and laptop support, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of IT-related experience
Minimum of one year of experience in a lead or mentoring role
Understanding of desktop support, Active Directory, and user authentication
Experience with tools like PING, NSLOOKUP, and NETSTAT
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field desired
