Key Responsibilities Design and develop the technical architecture of Service Now IT Asset Management Set up integrations with various software inventory tools and troubleshoot HAM issues Provide technical leadership, conduct workshops, and collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of Service Now design and development experience Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP) and large-scale applications Service Now certifications, including System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist At least two full lifecycle Service Now implementations as a Solution Architect/lead consultant
