Service Readiness Lead
A company is looking for a Service Readiness Lead to support a project implementing new time and attendance technology across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities within the end-to-end Service Delivery project plan and provide status updates
Oversee the creation and integration of process documentation, ensuring stakeholder review and approval
Manage service rehearsal testing and collaborate with learning leads on training content for HR service delivery roles
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services, focused on service delivery
Experience in process documentation creation, including SOPs and training content
Familiarity with contact centers (internal or 3rd party) is preferred
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and manage stakeholder engagement
Technical aptitude with various systems and experience in project management is a plus
