ServiceNow IRM Consultant
A company is looking for a ServiceNow IRM Training and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver end-user training materials for various stakeholder groups Create engaging instructional content in multiple formats and implement an OCM strategy Conduct stakeholder assessments and manage communication plans throughout the implementation lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and training delivery Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, particularly the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and adult learning principles Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM modules and proficiency with training tools such as Articulate or Captivate
