Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the ServiceNow IRM implementation Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, vendors, and leadership teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing ServiceNow or comparable GRC/IRM platform implementations Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional IT projects in large organizations Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules (e.g., Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management)
