Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities related to a CPP Contract and manage resources for optimal results Manage inventory at customer sites and support data collection and analysis for KPIs Establish relationships with refractory crews and assist in logistics and demand planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred Working knowledge of SAP, Scope, CRM, and related tools Ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels Self-starter with strong project management and leadership skills
