Search Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Search Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between the product and its users. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales engagements Design tailored solutions based on client requirements using Qdrant and adjacent tools Build technical demos, PoCs, and reference architectures while assisting with performance tuning and integration best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Developer Advocate, or similar technical role Strong understanding of vector search, similarity search, and machine learning workflows Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, Faiss, PyTorch, TensorFlow) Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services) Passion for open-source software and engaging with developer communities
