SMB Account Manager
A company is looking for an SMB Inside Sales Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Manage a designated territory to maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate with the international SMB sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical sales experience with an Associate's degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree
Experience in business development roles, both new customer acquisition and account management
Proven track record of selling to IT, Human Resources, and Learning & Development departments
Ability to follow established processes and provide constructive feedback
Strong critical thinking and research skills with adaptability to customer needs
