Social Behavior Change Strategy Advisor

A company is looking for a Social Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy Advisor to provide technical leadership on the design and implementation of an SBC strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the finalization of the SBC strategy and assist in developing a work plan for implementation Provide capacity building through training and support to team members and stakeholders Share updates on SBC activities and assist in responding to donor requests for technical information Required Qualifications Experience designing and implementing effective SBC strategies, particularly in FNES programs Knowledge of social science research methods and systems thinking Proven ability to build relationships with community stakeholders and development partners University degree in international development, behavioral or social sciences, or related field; Master's preferred Experience working in the DRC or similar contexts, with the ability to travel as needed
