Social Media Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor brand channels on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Engage with community members in real time and respond to comments and questions
Identify and report on emerging social and cultural trends to inform content strategy
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital copywriting
Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
Experience developing and executing digital engagement strategies
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Sprout Social
Proven ability to identify and act on trending moments in a timely manner
