Member Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to members through phone, chat, and email regarding complex benefit inquiries
Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and enhance the member experience for a new product
Identify and implement initiatives to improve member experience and relay feedback to product and operations teams
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or operations
A passion for helping others with a creative and empathetic approach
Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A strong process-oriented mindset and digital organization skills
