South Carolina Licensed Logistics Analyst
A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) for South Carolina only.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and templates while analyzing trends related to call handle time and volume
Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and propose solutions for gaps in coverage and staffing needs
Provide production reporting and support system integrity for Workforce Management software and tools
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies and call center operations
Expert level understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
