Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor and leadership roles in product and engineering Develop and execute sourcing plans while maintaining communication with stakeholders Drive the offer process and establish relationships with internal stakeholders Required Qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with at least 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles Proven ability to source and close top-tier technical talent Experience influencing senior stakeholders and serving as an advisor to leadership Strong analytical skills to evaluate pipeline health and inform decisions Experience mentoring and developing recruiters and sourcers
