Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of K-12 school partners, driving outcomes, retention, and revenue expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align products and services with school goals
Fuel a culture of leadership and learning by representing company values and contributing to team initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a K-12 educator role or client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
Experience in implementation or consulting roles is preferred
Comfort working with data and managing projects
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
