A company is looking for an Associate Director, State Government Affairs. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of multi-state plans aligned with business and policy objectives Represent the company in New Jersey, leveraging relationships with state and local leaders Analyze legislation impacting the business and propose strategies for amendments Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Juris Doctor preferred 7+ years of experience in New Jersey and/or New York government affairs or related fields Experience with the governor's office or state legislature preferred Strong business background and knowledge of state government and local stakeholders Demonstrated ability to build relationships with advocacy groups and government officials
