Vice President of Customer Success
A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the Customer Success organization while managing global PSO, Support, and Renewals teams
Develop metrics to increase customer retention and satisfaction, including customer health scores and engagement strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
7+ years in senior Customer Success roles with experience in PS, Support, Operations, and Account Management
Experience in a Private Equity-owned organization
Strong background in Identity and Access Management is preferred
Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
