Key Responsibilities Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests Ensure accurate case setup, clinical review, and outreach to providers for additional information Dispense prescriptions, coordinate clinical services, and resolve orders via EA queue Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred) Active Pharmacist license in the state of residence Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required Able to work independently in a data-entry driven role Comfortable using multiple computer applications and dual monitors
