A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their Commercial Legal team. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, security exhibits, BAAs, and NDAs with customers Negotiate Reseller, MSSP, and other partnership agreements with channel and strategic partners Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS and software agreements, and provide legal advice to internal clients Required Qualifications Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active admission to a State Bar 5-7 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements Significant commercial transactions background in technology and SaaS Knowledge of data privacy and security issues in technology Experience working with large multinational partners, vendors, and customers
