A company is looking for a Director, Process Engineer to drive financial performance by optimizing logistical and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements to design efficient workflows and develop detailed process maps Lead testing and implementation of system enhancements and support go-live efforts Identify opportunities for process optimization and advocate for automation and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a logistics environment Experience in process mapping, system design, and implementation Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with JIRA, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
