A company is looking for an Interim Contracts Counsel (Remote). Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts, including vendor agreements and service contracts Provide legal guidance on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Identify and mitigate contractual risks, advising leadership on strategic solutions Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction 8+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in a diverse range of industries Strong expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, particularly IntelAgree, is highly valued Ability to manage multiple contract matters simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
