State Licensed Retirement Relationship Manager
A company is looking for a Relationship Manager (Retirement Plans) to develop strategic relationships and contribute to the growth of retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors
Implement retention strategies and ensure quality service related to retirement plans
Create and execute a territory business plan to optimize retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of relevant experience in retirement plans
Life insurance and variable licenses as required for the territory
Industry designations such as AIF, APA, or CFP are advantageous
FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Strong business insight related to retirement plan products and the competitive landscape
