Key Responsibilities Draft SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial data accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, streamlining financial reporting timelines while maintaining compliance Required Qualifications 2-4 years of accounting experience Experience with SEC filings Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business; CPA or CPA candidate preferred Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting research Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with NetSuite, Workiva, and Shareworks is a plus
