Key Responsibilities
Own the post-implementation experience and help customers integrate privacy solutions into their workflows
Drive customer expansion and value realization by identifying growth opportunities and influencing executive decision-making
Lead Strategic Business Reviews to ensure alignment on success criteria and long-term objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise customer success experience, particularly with Fortune 500 clients
Proven success in driving adoption and protecting renewals in a SaaS environment
Strong business acumen and ability to advise executive stakeholders on privacy and data governance
Data-driven with a solid understanding of customer health metrics and ROI measurement
Experience in data privacy, GRC, or regulatory compliance is a plus
