Structural CAD Technician
A company is looking for a Structural CAD/BIM Technician (Tekla). Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures for steel, concrete, or precast components Prepare fabrication/shop drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and erection plans Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and integration Required Qualifications Diploma or degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures in a professional setting Proficiency in interpreting structural and architectural drawings Experience with steel detailing, precast, or rebar modeling is an advantage Familiarity with BIM workflows and model coordination practices
