Student Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist to enhance student engagement and support their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
Foster student progress by developing resources to eliminate barriers and improve the student experience
Conduct outreach strategies to increase student retention and graduation rates
Respond to student inquiries and manage support requests, ensuring satisfaction and successful academic progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in education, non-profit organizations, or working with underserved populations
Experience in a student-facing or customer-facing role
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
