Student Support Advisor
A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to support students throughout their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Provide support for new student enrollment by answering queries and outlining funding options Monitor student accounts and evaluate academic and financial awards to promote positive outcomes Advocate for students by identifying obstacles and connecting them with resources and support services Required Qualifications Some college coursework required A minimum of 1-year of customer service or prior advising experience in an educational setting Eligible to access and maintain the NSLDS system without being in default of Title IV Federal aid Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems A work environment free of distractions with necessary internet connectivity
