Student Support Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of Specialists and Team Leads to ensure effective workflow and productivity
Manage team operations, including hiring, training, and providing performance feedback
Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements for operational efficiency and enhanced customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field
2 or more years of related experience
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong experience with distance education and distance learning students preferred
Basic management knowledge to lead scheduling, prioritizing, and coaching
