A company is looking for a Study Manager/Project Manager for Research Collaboration. Key Responsibilities Manage operational study tasks for clinical trials, including feasibility assessments and site activation plans Oversee study startup and monitoring plans, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards Serve as a technical expert for study management systems, mentoring teams and improving processes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical trial/study management or a relevant field BS/Nursing degree required; MS/PhD preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and clinical regulatory operations Demonstrated experience in managing study costs and vendor oversight Experience in coordinating with CROs and understanding data management processes
