A company is looking for an S&OE Coordinator to manage daily and weekly operations plans, ensuring alignment between demand and supply activities. Key Responsibilities Support execution of the S&OE plan and act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances between plans and actual performance Identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions and collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite APICS/CPIM certification desirable
