A company is looking for a Senior Community Trainer to execute and scale customer-facing training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and facilitate customer training across various phases of implementation and education
Manage the development, maintenance, and delivery of training plans and materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training pathways and monitor customer engagement
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in a training, customer onboarding, or implementation support role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Experience in developing and delivering engaging training content
Familiarity with LMS tools and customer training platforms
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
