Support Software Engineer
A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues related to Salesforce and web solutions Analyze logs and debug code to determine and resolve root causes of customer issues Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality based on customer feedback Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer technical support or as a Salesforce Administrator Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Git and the Software Development Life Cycle Technically proficient with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a remote environment
