A company is looking for a SVP of Board Management & Head of Conversions. Key Responsibilities Oversee and facilitate governance activities of multiple ETF Trusts, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication Coordinate board meetings and manage board operations, including logistics and documentation Manage the Fund Conversion process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred CPA Designation preferred 10+ years of experience in board governance, Fund Administration, or Operations, preferably in the ETF or financial services sector Strong knowledge of ETF regulations and corporate governance practices Experience with board portals and governance software
