Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing and pipeline development
Proven ability to identify and engage top talent, particularly passive candidates
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employment law related to recruitment
