A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective staffing strategies
Research and participate in recruitment initiatives such as career fairs and university programs to attract talent
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume settings
Experience with creative sourcing techniques and building a network of talent
Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance related to recruitment
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
